We welcome visits from both long-time clients as well as new pets. However, both new and existing clients visiting our Winnipeg Animal Hospital and Veterinary Clinic should be aware of the following appointment policies:
An Appointment is Required. Visits to Sherbrook Animal Hospital for any reason are by appointment only. If an appointment must be canceled, we require 24 hours of notice.
Walk-Ins. While we do accept walk-in clients for emergencies, please note that all walk-in meetings will be charged an additional walk-in fee. Walk-ins are also not guaranteed an appointment if we are already booked solid for that day; however, we will make every effort to attend to emergencies.
Leashes and/or Carriers Are Required. All dogs brought to our Winnipeg Veterinary Hospital must on leashes, and all cats must be brought to the animal hospital in a pet carrier.
Files and Forms. New client pet owners should bring in any relevant files for each pet, including medical forms, charts and x-rays you have on file, if applicable. Forms for Sherbrook Animal Hospital new clients are available here on our website and should be filled out ahead of time, before your pet’s appointment.
Payments. Payment for any and all veterinary services is required on the day that services are rendered. Debit and credit cards are accepted. You may also consider enrolling in the Medicard program or purchasing pet medical insurance; click here for more information.
